Standard Order Delivery

Standard Order Delivery: *$12.50 incl GST for all orders.

*Standard Order Delivery doesn’t include heavy, bulky and over-sized orders (see below)

Most standard orders* are sent via Australia Post, however we may use a different delivery method depending on delivery location and delivery dimensions and weight.

Goods are generally picked and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Saturday). If goods require ordering from supplier warehouses, dispatch is generally within 5-7 working days. We will contact you if dispatch is expected to be outside of this time frame.

Email notifications will be sent at time of purchase, time of payment processing and time of dispatch.

Heavy, Bulky & Over-Sized Orders

Heavy, bulky or over-sized items will usually be sent via courier and may incur further delivery charges. These charges will be calculated based on the cubic size & weight of the purchase and the location it is going to. We will contact you upon receiving your order and advise how much freight will be, or please give us a call on 03 9870 1979 to ascertain the delivery fee before placing your order.
