Returns Policy

Return of goods must be approved by Access Workwear & Safety.
These authorised returns must be freight prepaid by the customer and will only be accepted if (unless otherwise agreed with Access Workwear & Safety) they are:

  1. Returned within 14 days of supply (or in line with manufacturers warranties)
  2. In a saleable condition in their original packaging.
  3. Accompanied by documentation including:
    • the customer’s name, address and contact phone number
    • the reason for the return of the goods

Returns will be authorised by Access Workwear & Safety in the event that:

  1. Goods received by the customer are not as ordered
  2. Size exchange is required
  3. Product fault is in line with manufacturer’s warranty
